After receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will begin processing your order within 24 hours. This includes preparing the items, quality checks, and packaging for shipment. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time:

We understand the importance of timely delivery. We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Our shipping time varies based on the destination:

- Mumbai, India: For orders placed within Mumbai, we offer a fast and efficient shipping service. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be delivered within 24 hours*.

- Rest of India: For orders outside Mumbai, we provide nationwide shipping services. The estimated shipping time for deliveries to the rest of India is typically between 3 to 5 days*.​Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen transportation delays.

4. Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information, if available. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

5. Shipping Charges:

9. In-store Pickup: For customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person, we offer an in-store pickup option. During the checkout process, you can choose the in-store pickup option, and once your order is ready, we will notify you to arrange a convenient pickup time from our location. Please ensure that you bring a valid identification document and your order confirmation details when picking up your order.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. No Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales of sewing patterns, sample making, and small-scale production services are final. We encourage you to review the product details and specifications before making a purchase decision.

2. No Refund Policy:

Once an order is placed and payment is made, refunds are not available. We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services. However, if you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been processed. We immediately begin processing orders to ensure timely delivery of our products and services. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs or descriptions of the issue, to assess the situation. If the defect or damage is verified, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
