We offer shipping services to locations worldwide. The available shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination and the specific product or service purchased. The shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Order Processing Time:

After receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will begin processing your order within 24 hours. This includes preparing the items, quality checks, and packaging for shipment. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time:

We understand the importance of timely delivery. We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Our shipping time varies based on the destination:

- Mumbai, India: For orders placed within Mumbai, we offer a fast and efficient shipping service. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be delivered within 24 hours*.

- Rest of India: For orders outside Mumbai, we provide nationwide shipping services. The estimated shipping time for deliveries to the rest of India is typically between 4 to 7 days*.​Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen transportation delays.

9. In-store Pickup: For customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person, we offer an in-store pickup option. Please ensure that you bring a valid identification document and your order confirmation details when picking up your order.

Once an order is placed and payment is made, refunds are not available. We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services. However, if you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been processed. We immediately begin processing orders to ensure timely delivery of our products and services.
